Columbus Blue Jackets

What a game last night....what a series so far. This team is legit and fun to watch. Why the Blue Jackets? We lived in Columbus back in 2000 when they were awarded the franchise so I've been a fan ever since. Go CBJ! Health update...I had my PSA checked this week...results: PSA = 0 Woo Hoo! Feeling great, getting plenty of exercise but need to eat a little better. Too much ice cream :) Until next time

when I die.....

I want to come back on this earth as a dog....no, specifically, I want to come back as a dog owned by my wife. Then I would be guaranteed to be spoiled. sitting here in my office I can hear my dog Mocha snoring clear across in the other room.....25 feet away from me. He's got it made...and sleeping in the next chair over is our spoiled cat. Life is good

Busy weekend, health holds up

I walked over 5 miles,Saturday and today and afterwards did a ton of yard work. Tons of yard work and at the end of each day, I still had the energy to pull off 10 push ups, ha! Seriously, physically I feel like I'm about 90% and still need to work on rebuilding muscle mass. Surgery was just 120 days ago (January 9th) and it's been a long road back. Masters Golf tourney just finished and I have to say, I'm a fan of when winners show their emotions, adds a human touch. Jordan Speith....what a performance for a 20 yr old kid, wow. Until next time

It was a great run

For the Wisconsin Badgers basketball team....it was fun to be along for the ride. So close to getting into the title game but they went farther than any other Big Ten team and beyond my expectations. Glad to see coach Bo Ryan get to the final four in what has been a great coaching career. Next post....my health and then some!
