Low PSA, brutal hot flashes

My PSA came back at < 0.1 which means the Androgren Deprivation Therapy is working. BUT, the side effects are more prevalent than ever. The Hot Flashes are brutal, if I'm not sweating, I'm shivering because I'm wet from head to toe. About every 10-15 minutes, all day...this is the worst it's been. I'm hoping my Oncologist can find some medication that can help. Stay tuned
